Accounts/Sponsorship Account Balance of £5407 with affiliation fees and competitor payments to be deducted. Some clothing in stock but more to be ordered. From next year both accounts to be amalgamated.

New Members T Siddons has list, currently 116 members with 9 life members and 4 juniors.

Reports Circuit event 42 entries, profit of £34, Open 25, only 34 entries profit of £31. Autumn Road Race, 60 entries profit of £158. Both TT profits thanks to Bob Corfield’s sponsorship and the sale of tea and cakes.

Social Secretary Christmas dinner had 125 guests. Barry Hoban to be invited as G of H fee £150. Raffle to be held Jenny Blizzard to arrange.

CTT Events can be held, mainly on A1

BC  June event cancelled due to lack of entries, no decision about next year, September 4th Cat race to go ahead. Michael Hope

Club events 2006 10s to be held Wednesday evenings. Circuit TT March. Suggestion for a reliability trail – to advertised in the local and cycling press.

Martin Maltby  Events for the Club Championship to be decided later.

T Siddons Suggestion for a downhill race in the winter?

Open Events:  

TT  23rd April Rudy Project based on North Wheatley, possible that the 25 event in September might become a 10. Jack Ibbotson  

Road Race Pickburn Race may be arranged, cats may change (elite, 1st, 2nd ) and may be moved to Sunday am. Martin Maltby  Autumn Race to go ahead, 3rd and 4th cat. Dates to be confirmed for both races. Michael Hope

Coordinating the racing It was suggested that a “committee” and the newsletter, be used to look at the calendar and coordinate the club entries, Charlie Hindley to print new membership forms with permission to use phone numbers.
